What is waiting for you when you pull in

  • Four technicians. ASE certified. Cummins certified. International certified.
  • A certified NAPA Truck Care Center, which means the NAPA parts network and the nationwide NAPA warranty behind the work.
  • A qualified DOT inspector for the 49 CFR 396.17 annual inspection, done in the same bay as the repair.
  • The Hunter HawkEye XL heavy-duty alignment system, built for tandem axles, not car lifts.
  • CARB Clean Truck Check testing for anyone hauling into California.
  • Class 4 through Class 8, trucks and trailers. Engines, transmissions, brakes, air, electrical, AC, suspension, welding and trailer structure.

Same-day service on many repairs, depending on parts. We tell you before we start, not after.

If you cannot get the truck to us

The service truck covers Sylvania during shop hours, Monday to Friday, 8 to 5. That is yard PM for small fleets on the Sylvania side of town, mobile welding on a trailer that cannot roll, and on-site repairs where a tow would cost more than the fix.

Call before 2 PM and the tech can usually be on site the same day. Later than that, we schedule you first thing the next morning.

Broken down on US-23 or I-475

US-23 between the Michigan line and the I-475 split is a short, fast stretch with narrow shoulders near the Monroe St exit. Get the rig fully off the travel lane. Hazards on. Triangles at 10, 100 and 200 feet behind the trailer per 49 CFR 392.22. Then call (419) 724-2475.

During shop hours, emergency calls go to the front of the line. We dispatch the service truck or clear a bay, whichever gets you earning faster. Tell us the exit, the direction and what the truck is doing. The tech leaves with the parts that symptom usually needs.

Why Sylvania fleets drive past closer shops

Sylvania has car shops on every corner of Monroe St. It does not have a bay that fits a Class 8 tractor with a 53-foot trailer behind it, a DOT inspector on staff and an alignment rack built for a tandem axle. We do, 14 miles away, with a Google rating of 4.7 from 40 reviews behind the claim.

Independent, not a dealer. You talk to the tech who did the work. No service writer in between.

Call now

(419) 724-2475. Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Tell us you are coming from Sylvania and we will have the bay cleared when you get here.
