Where the shop is on this road
I-75 runs 30 miles through this corridor, from Bowling Green at mile 181 to the Michigan line at mile 211.5. The shop is a mile off exit 207 in north Toledo. Stickney Ave north, right on Matzinger Rd, and you are in the lot with Sam’s Travel Center and Sam’s Parking & Storage on the same campus.
Northbound, exit 207 comes just after Phillips Ave and just before the I-280 split. Southbound from Michigan, it is three miles past Alexis Rd. Either way, the sign says Stickney Ave / Lagrange St.

What to do first when the truck quits on I-75
Get it fully off the travel lane. The shoulders through downtown Toledo and on the river bridge are tight and the traffic is fast. If the truck is still moving, the next exit is safer than the shoulder. Hazards on. Triangles at 10, 100 and 200 feet behind the trailer per 49 CFR 392.22.
Then call (419) 724-2475. Direction, last exit, symptom. That is all we need to decide between the service truck and the bay and to load the right parts.
During shop hours, Monday to Friday 8 to 5, emergency calls go to the front of the line. We dispatch the service truck or clear a bay, whichever gets you moving sooner. Outside those hours the shop is closed, and we say so here so nobody finds out on the shoulder.
What the service truck brings to the shoulder
Mobile welding. Tire service. Air system and brake repairs. Electrical and lighting. Diagnostics good enough to tell you on the spot whether this is a shoulder fix or a tow to the bay. It covers I-75 from about Bowling Green to Monroe during shop hours.
What the bay brings
Four technicians. ASE, Cummins and International certified. Certified NAPA Truck Care Center with the parts network behind it. Qualified DOT inspector under 49 CFR 396.17. Hunter HawkEye XL heavy-duty alignment. CARB Clean Truck Check testing. Class 4 through Class 8, trucks and trailers. Same-day on many repairs, depending on parts, and we tell you before we start.
